Import/Export? of logical models

During the export of a logical model to ​CellNetAnalyzer four files are written: metabolites, metabolites_notes, reactions, reactions_notes.

The file metabolites has eight columns:
1 Identifier
2 Full Name
3 default value (# for empty)
4 not used for signaling networks (always 0)
5 textbox X-position
6 textbox Y-position
7 flux map number
8 textbox type (1- editable, 2- non-editable, 3- non-visible)

The file reactions has twelve columns:
1 Identifier
2 Interaction equation
3 |
4 default value (# for empty)
5 incomplete truth table (0- off, 1- on)
6 time scale
7 exclude in logical analyses (0- included, 1- excluded)
8 textbox X-position
9 textbox Y-position
10 flux map number
11 textbox type (1- editable, 2- non-editable, 3- non-visible)
12 monotony (0- non-monotone)
