    * some unnecessary classes should be removed:  "compound2", "and-2-additive"
    * superclass "gtpase" of "gpro" should be removed, "gpro" should be renamed into "gprotein"
    * additional subclass of "compound" -> "other" (compound should be an abstract class perspectively)
    * reorganization of gate-classes
      * check for direction motivated subclasses like gate-2-lr, gate-2-rl, gate-2-ud, gate-2-du
    * revising the system-theoretic-values of variables in gate- and compound-classes ("time" and "confidence" variables should be real-parameters)
    * rename "function" -variable to "incompl-truth" or something like this
