ModelingProjects

ProMoT started as a tool working purely based on source-code in MDL files. but over the years graphical use in complex modeling projects has become much more important. To reflect this mode of operation is is suggested to organize modeling in Modeling Projects, that help organizing the main classes, icons and source files. This is discussed in ProMoT Development Topic: Realization of Modeling Projects

New Graphical Editor

It has been proposed to replace the current graphical editor with a new version, that uses SVG as the storage format for the graphics and the icons. This is discussed in ProMoT Development Topic: PromotSvgEditor.

Update libSBML binding

Update libSBML bindings with new libraries: ProMoT Development Topic: LibSbmlBindings.

Automatic loading of required libraries while opening a (logical) model

is discussed in OpenLogicalModel.
