== Bindings of libSBML to CommonLisp and Promot ==

These are build by parsing the C-Headers of libsbml and translating them
to CommonLisp declarations, that establishes bindings via a 
ForeignFunctionInterface of CommonLisp.

Currently this is done with c-parse and UFFI.
