Using reduced struct-library, logical network scenario fails

Since we are prove particular classes within the struct-library, sometimes (e.g. save model with all dependencies in Promot and using just a subset of the struct-library classes) the logical network scenario fails when it is applied. Maybe, it is better to use only the struct-library class itself. Otherwise, in this case the classes used in the logical network parser are not checked beforehand.
