Change properties of a global scenario is possible by leaving the set properties dialog open

Description
Changes of global scenario properties is possible by open the set scenario properties dialog and change afterward the scenario. Then the properties dialog of the global scenario are still open. Maybe, close the properties dialog when the scenario is changed (only when it is a global scenario.
