Wrong scale factor of adapter elements in dynamic library

Description
Using the "Visual Editor" scenario the adapter elements of the standard dynamic library are too big. So we have to setup a new scale calculator. However, we can not use the PromotClass (Help) for mapping scale factors and IconPath? is also not working (saves the whole icon path with /local101/...) which is not available on any computer.

Fixed by introduce additional "promot classes" like adapter, sum etc. which are subclasses of the help class.
