Write DAE initialization code from Promot

1: write a classification based on properties of the B-Matrix and generate initialization for IsESOType(type) implementation

2: Provide data for distinguishing differential and algebraic variables in Diana for the simpler cases, to allow special integrator init codes

3: Generate methods for initialization equations (and jacobians?)

4: Add a new Diana Equationset Type for the extended nonlinear initialization set.
