update directory in complex dialogs

When working with complex dialogs such as 'Run Script' or 'Modularize SBML' where directory paths are input several times, it would be convenient to start with the same directory. For example, for a first input field a directory is chosen; then this directory should be the basis directory when setting up paths in the other input fields.
