Icon options without GUI produces an error

Description
If in the mdl file specified icon option and no figures exist, ProMoT produces an error like
The option `:icon' must point to an existent file, but icons/term_concentration_in.gif does not exist.>
It will be more convenient to avoid this check in the console mode.

OK the problem is solved for mdl2diana by #5624
Now the checking of icons is switched off for all attempts to read mdl in mdl2diana, although it's set differently in ~/.promot-options.
